Autoresponders

Add, delete, and modify Email autoresponders

Add an E-mail Auto-responder

  1. Click the Hosting Features menu item if it is not already open.
  2. Click the E-mail menu item if it is not already open.
  3. Click the Autoresponders menu item.
  4. Enter desired E-mail address in the E-mail Address text box.
  5. If you would like to send a copy of that E-mail, enter the desired E-mail address into the Send Copy to text box.
  6. Enter the desired message into the Autoresponder Message text box.
  7. Click the button.
  8. You will see the following message at the top of the screen: Autoresponder added successfully.

Delete an E-mail Auto-responder
  1. Click the Hosting Features menu item if it is not already open.
  2. Click the E-mail menu item if it is not already open.
  3. Click the Autoresponders menu item.
  4. Click the button next to the E-mail Auto-responder you wish to delete.
  5. Click the button under the 'Confirm deletion of' message.
  6. You will see the following message at the top of the screen: Autoresponder deleted successfully.

Change Password for an E-mail Box
  1. Click the Hosting Features menu item if it is not already open.
  2. Click the  E-mail menu item if it is not already open.
  3. Click the Autoresponders menu item.
  4. Click the button next to the E-mail Auto-responder you wish to change.
  5. If you wish to send a copy to an E-mail address, enter it in the Send Copy to text box.
  6. If you wish to change the message, enter it in the Auto-responder Message text box.
  7. Click the button.
  8. You will see the following message at the top of the screen: Autoresponder edited successfully.
