Access the Control Panel & Customer Area

Every CRServers customer has access to the customer area to manage technical support and billing for their hosting services.

This is where the administrative tasks of your domains and websites are carried out, such as managing your email accounts, controlling your DNS records, managing your website files, statistics, usage charts, etc.

The access credentials to their respective Administrative Control Panel are sent by email after their payment has been confirmed and their Hosting Plan is activated.

This process is usually done quickly but in some cases it may take longer depending on your payment method, type of plan contracted, or other circumstances.

For the purposes of payments and collections, handling of invoices, opening tickets for help or technical support and handling of your personal information, all our clients use their Client Area.
