1. I've uploaded my files to the server, but I still see the CRServers new account screen. What have I done wrong?

When our system creates a new account it adds three files to your html directory: index.html, 1.gif 2.gif 3.gif -- simply delete these files and your default page will appear if it's one of the ones listed in the question above.

You can change the default document of your site to index.html and re-upload it, overwriting the CRServers one. If this does not help, flush your browser cache and hit reload.

2. Can I point a pointer domain to a subdomain?
No, you can not point a pointer domain to a subdomain created within the same  account.

3. Can I add more than one domain to a my account?
If your account has access to the "Secondary Domains" feature, then yes, you can add more than one domain to an account.

4. How do I use the SECURE version of pop3 and imap email?
All you have to do is choose the secure version of pop3/imap in your mail client. Control Panel uses the default ports and it's as easy to use as the non-secure versions.

5. I am running the Control Panel using a language other than English. How come the statistics only show in English?
The Control Panel utilizes several third party tools to provide site statistics. Unfortunately, many of these do not provide alternate language selections. Hopefully the developers of these packages will recognize the value of being multi-lingual and update.

6. How do I extract zipped file from the Control Panel?
The File Manager utility in CP shows a tar utility on the menu but zip is also supported, simply click on the zip archive and it will open the contents of the archive. You can then use the menu at the bottom to extract those files and choose where you want to extract them to.
