Contacting Us
Placing a ticket is always the best way to contact us as our staff monitors our ticket system at all times.
If you are already a customer, please login into your Client Area and place your ticket from inside your account.
This way you will get faster service as we can easily locate all your information.
But please consign on the ticket itself all relevant information about your issue.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, from 8am to 6pm.
If you call during non-office hours, our phone system will guide you to forward your call to the on-duty staff cell phone for emergency issues.
