Anuncios: Scheduled Maintenance
In order to provide you with better service, there will be scheduled maintenance windows on the following days: August 20, 24, 25 and September 4th and 5th. The reason for this maintenance is due to firmware updates on our routers and switches. Patching includes various security and stability fixes. Improvements made in a controllable and pro‐active fashion will significantly reduce the risk of unplanned incidents.
The expected impact of the maintenance work will be a few minutes downtime while each router restarts which are scheduled to occur between 10:00 p.m.through 6:00 a.m. (Costa Rica Time) During this period it may be possible that you will experience some intermittence in your services.
